Speedway resident Sarah Akard Wilson has recently published her first book, a humorous memoir entitled Smiling on the Inside. Dr. Wilson practiced dentistry in Indianapolis for over thirty years. In her memoir she explores the unpredictable world of dentistry where each day brings unique challenges, humorous encounters, and heartfelt moments.
