Children's Services
The Children's Department is home to over 30,000 materials. Books in print, DVDs, Audiobooks, and eBooks are available for checkout.
Programs are available for children of all ages, including storytimes for preschoolers and toddlers, after school crafts, home school art hours, LEGO club, and family friendly movies.

Children's programs include:
LEGO Club - first Thursday @ 6:00pm
We provide the bricks - all you need to bring is your imagination! Then find a picture of your creation afterwards on our Facebook page. A few pieces will remain on display in the library throughout the month!
Storytimes - select Mondays @ 6:00pm
Three storytime sessions are held every month for kids ages 3 and up, featuring books and activities. Please check the event calendar for specific dates each month.
Toddler Time - Tuesdays @ 10:00am
Stories and songs for kids ages 0-4!
Please note: Children under 8 years old must be accompanied at all times by an adult or guardian age 12 or older while visiting the library. Read the library's Unattended Child Policy for details.
Unannounced daycare visits, tutoring sessions, and supervised visitations taking place in the children's room are asked to check in at the kids' reference desk upon arrival.

Teen Services
The Teen Department has both print and digital materials available for checkout. A dedicated teen space with materials and computers can be found to the left of the Indiana room.

Programs are held on the second and third Monday of each month.
Teen Advisory Board - second Monday @ 4:00pm
Tab is open for students in grades 7-12. If you know what you want to see in the Library, have suggestions for books to order, or programming you want to attend, then come join us! We will be meeting once a month and each meeting counts as an hour of community service! Snacks and Drinks will be provided!
Teen DIY - third Monday @ 4:00pm
Join us for a fun an creative DIY program! This program is open for students in grades 7-12. Snacks and Drinks will be provided!
